Refund & Cancellation Policy – CAMP31 Management, LLC

I understand that registration for the Camp 31! Summer Camp (hereinafter referred to as “Camp”) constitutes enrollment in the Camp. Camp 31 agrees by my enrollment to reserve a space for my child or children in the Camp. I agree to payment of the camp fees in full by registering my child or children for Camp. If I choose to cancel the enrollment of my child in the Camp, I understand that I will forfeit the registration fee and if I cancel my enrollment more than sixty (60) days in advance then I will receive back one-half of the monies paid. If I cancel my child’s enrollment less than sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of Camp, I understand I forfeit the entire Camp fee.
